Anna Silk was born in the month of January in 1974. Her most well-known role is Bo in the Showcase's Lost Girl television series. Silk was born in Fredericton New Brunswick, Canada. Ilkay Silk's parents are Peter, an academic and Peter Silk, who was known as an accomplished actor as well as a producer, director, writer, teacher, and director of drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna recalls her first memories of playing rehearsals with her mom. When she converted to Judaism the couple renew their vows in a Jewish ceremony on the 10th of April 2011, in Fredericton. Silk Cooperman had a baby boy, her son, Samuel Jerome Cooperman, in May of 2013. Her son Levi Aaron was born on May 13 2016. Silk has played a range of TV roles, including Cassidy Holland from Being Erica. The actress was nominated to win Gemini Awards in 2009 for this role. She landed a principal role in the role of Bo Dennis, a succubus and a succubus in Lost Girl. Silk told fans of the show the joyous news that she had become pregnant while filming Season 3 in an exclusive pre-show for Season Three. This was broadcasted by Showcase during an exclusive Season Three show held January 6, 2013, prior to the show's premiere. Silk tweeted on June 20th that she's ready to go back to work. The 4th of June 2013, Showcase and Prodigy Pictures officially declared the start of production of the fourth season.
